For household units:

You can either bring by or ship in your unit. We encourage you to call us first as we might be able to troubleshoot through the phone. When shipping, please contact us in advance for a RA number. Also make sure to include a check. The shipment should beinsured and packed properly. Staples offers a good packaging and shipping service if needed.

We charge a drop off fee of $ 65.00, which includes 1/2 hour of labor. Should the repair require adittional parts or services, we then quote you the difference for your approval. Should you for any reason change your mind, we then allow you to credit the inital fee towards any new replacement unit. We also carry refurbished household units, when available. We then would credit the drop off fees towards accessories.

For commercial units:

Most of the times, we are offering on-site service. We encourage you to call us first as we might be able to troubleshoot through the phone.
